  Rental Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
Once a reservation has been booked and a deposit received, a minimum cancellation fee of $75.00 will be imposed in the event of a cancellation of
this reservation. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged an amount equal to 1 nights stay. For reservations that
span Christmas and New Years period, the February Presidents Week period or any other special events booking, cancellations received less than
21 days prior to arrival will forfeit their entire deposit.
